Downtown Casper Business Association announces winners of ‘Windows in Bloom’ community event

CASPER, Wyo. –– Spring has officially sprung in downtown Casper and the Downtown Casper Business Association wanted to commemorate the momentous occasion with the inaugural ‘Windows in Bloom’ community event.

Windows in Bloom saw countless downtown businesses transform their window facades into something…breathtaking. Each business painted their front window with a different theme, featuring a cavalcade of color and whimsy, all designed to “brighten up” downtown Casper.

That’s exactly what happened and, now, the DCBA has announced the winners of the Windows in Bloom event.

“We are feeling all kinds of grateful as we wrap up our very first Windows in Bloom in downtown Casper,” the DCBA wrote in a Facebook post. “What started as a simple idea turned into something really special — and that’s because of this incredible community. Thank you to everyone who strolled, voted, shared, and showed love to our downtown businesses. And a big shoutout to all the participating shops for saying ‘yes’ to their windows become little works of art all month long.”

The DCBA especially thanked the artists who volunteered their time, creativity, and talent to transform these downtown facades into tiny pieces of art.

“We hope this is just the beginning — that each year grows bigger, brighter, and brings even more businesses and artists together to celebrate downtown Casper,” the DCBA wrote.

Winners of the Windows in Bloom competition are:

Most Creative: Racca’s Pizzeria Napoletana-Casper (25 votes) — Artist: Grizz & Kennedy

Most Colorful: The Shade Tree (28 votes) — Artist: Athena Schroeder

Community Favorite: Alma Home (18 votes) — Artist: Jamie Fitzsimmons

Best Spring Vibes: Mountain Hops Brewhouse (12 votes) — Artist: Michelle Webb
