President Ilham Aliyev receives OTS Secretary General Omuraliev

AKIPRESS.COM – The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, expressed his gratitude to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for receiving the heads of delegations who arrived in Baku to participate in the second meeting of the heads of financial intelligence units of the OTS and the 32nd Plenary Meeting of the Egmont Group.

OTS Secretary General Omuraliev stated that it was a great honor for him to be received by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev alongside the heads of delegations participating in these two key financial intelligence events in Baku.

“The Organization of Turkic States remains committed to strengthening cooperation in combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism, enhancing financial transparency, and contributing to a more secure and resilient Turkic world through out growing networks of cooperation mechanisms,” the OTS Secretary General said.
