As part of a working visit to Talas region, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan Rustam Baltabaev visited Talas Daamy, one of the region’s largest milk processors and producers of cheese and butter.
The dairy sector remains one of the strategic pillars of the country’s food security, with Talas region ranking among Kyrgyzstan’s leading areas for milk production and processing.
During the production season, Talas Daamy purchases and processes up to 30 tons of milk per day, producing a wide range of dairy products, including cheese and butter. Over the years, the company has established stable partnerships with local milk suppliers and has developed significant potential for expanding production and increasing processing volumes.
The company expressed its readiness to further expand operations, increase milk purchases from farmers, and strengthen the export potential of Kyrgyzstan’s domestic dairy products.
