Preparatory work for the autumn-winter season has begun in Osh, the press service of the City Hall reported.

Deputy Mayor Ernis Toltoev held a working meeting with representatives of the municipal enterprise Teploelektrotsentral. During the meeting, participants discussed the replacement of outdated main heating pipelines on Masaliev Street.

As part of the project, a section of the heating network with a total length of 825 meters is scheduled for replacement. The existing pipeline with a diameter of 325 millimeters will be replaced with a new 530-millimeter pipe.

Relevant municipal services have been instructed to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of construction works, maintain road safety, and temporarily adjust public transport routes where necessary.

Authorities also instructed to strictly comply with construction standards and to inform residents of the southern capital in advance about the planned works.

The pipeline replacement is scheduled to begin on July 5.
