CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper man revoked on probation for an armed home invasion in 2022 has been sentenced to five years in federal prison on firearms offenses, according to a release by the U.S. Justice Department on Monday.
Antonio David Harrington, 23, pleaded guilty in February and heard the sentence before Chief U.S. District Court Judge Kelly H. Rankin in Cheyenne on May 8.
Harrington and co-defendant A’Dan Monroe were at large and wanted by Casper police in summer 2022 as the suspects in an armed home invasion investigation in North Casper. After Colorado extradited him to Natrona County in August 2022, Harrington pleaded guilty to the conspiracy to rob the known marijuana dealer’s home and to pointing an AR-15 at a witness.
Harrington got an opportunity for boot camp and completed it while serving an 8- to 10-year sentence, successfully petitioning Judge Kerri Johnson to suspend the rest of the sentence in fall 2023. Natrona County prosecutor Blaine Nelson opposed the modification.
Wyoming Probation and Parole agents say he succeeded for about a year before multiple violations, and was seen posing with firearms on social media posts.
On July 18, 2025, probation agents and law enforcement searched Harrington’s phone and later his mother’s Casper residence where he was living, the federal release this week said.
“Prior to the search, Harrington admitted a firearm was hidden in his room. Agents recovered a 9mm Smith & Wesson pistol with an obliterated serial number, high-capacity magazines, and ammunition,” the release states.
Harrington had served 412 days when he was sentenced on the revocation in district court in August 2025 and indicted federally on Sep. 16. He pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of the firearm with an obliterated serial number on Feb. 18, 2026.
