PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema on Monday told residents of Kasenengwa that government has increased the Constituency Development Fund to address feeder roads, water challenges, dams and other community needs.

Speaking at a meeting with thousands of residents, Hichilema thanked them for attending and said the journey his administration started in 2021 was aimed at ensuring all parts of Zambia receive a fair share of the national budget.

The President said he was encouraged that residents described free education as a “game changer.”

“This is why you elected us into public office,” Hichilema said.

He urged farmers and other voters in Kasenengwa to support the UPND in the August elections so the constituency can continue moving forward.

“God bless Kasenengwa,” the President said.
