The Competition Committee Approves Acquisition of Multinational Mine Group by Singapore Company

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Competition Development Committee has reviewed an application from Multinational Mining Group Overseas PTE. Ltd. (Singapore) seeking to acquire a 100% stake in the charter capital of LLC HC Multinational Mine Group.

The Singapore-based company focuses on holding activities and investments in various enterprises, while the Uzbek entity is engaged in mineral exploration and engineering research.

Following a review, the Committee’s Special Commission determined that the planned transaction would not restrict or eliminate competition in the relevant market.

Based on this conclusion, the Committee approved the application and granted consent for the deal to proceed.
