Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hasan bin Ali Al Thani.

On his Telegram channel, Saidov emphasized that Uzbekistan and Qatar are demonstrating an unprecedented level of cooperation across all areas, including defense collaboration.

During the meeting, the sides discussed experience and knowledge exchange, as well as close coordination in the face of growing regional and global challenges.

“Our dialogue confirmed the importance of deepening strategic partnership and working together to strengthen peace, security, and prosperity both in our regions and beyond,” the minister noted.
