The suspects in a fatal shooting this month of an employee during a robbery of an east Las Vegas business are in custody.

Antwan Terry, 36, and Anthony Terry, 38, were arrested Tuesday by the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office in St. Paul, Minnesota, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a release Wednesday.

Both were booked into the Ramsey County Adult Detention Center awaiting extradition to Las Vegas on open murder with the use of a deadly weapon; four counts each of robbery with the use of a deadly weapon and kidnapping, 1st degree with the use of a deadly weapon; and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Reynaldo Rodis, 45, died Oct. 15 attempting to thwart the robbery at Elevated Life, a business with a meditation room, sound room, barber shop and marijuana shop on the 3400 block of East Flamingo Avenue.
