INDIANAPOLIS — The sunny & seasonably mild fall weather pattern we’ve been enjoying will continue through the weekend and into early next week.
THURSDAY NIGHT:
Mostly clear. Lows mainly in the 40s. Some patchy fog is possible.
FRIDAY:
Mostly sunny with highs from the upper 60s to lower 70s. Conditions look great for week #1 of the high school football playoffs and the Pacers regular season home opener with evening temperatures starting off in the 60s before cooling into the 50s and upper 40s.
FRIDAY NIGHT:
Mostly clear. Lows mainly in the 40s.
WEEKEND:
Mostly sunny skies. Highs in the low 70s Saturday with milder middle 70s on Sunday. Overnight lows mainly in the 40s. It’ll be a great weekend to do household chores.
NEXT WEEK:
Mild highs in the 70s look like they’ll hold on through Wednesday. Lows may moderate back to around 50. Some light rain could return by Thursday but time will tell.
HALLOWEEN OUTLOOK:
There are some hints that moisture may return late on Halloween or on November 1st. That will be something to watch, but it’s way to early to tell if the system being depicted will actually move into our region or stay south. The average high on October 31st is 59… model ensemble data still suggest near average or slightly above average temperatures in the 60s.
