Everett-based broker to host TV show about SnoCo

EVERETT — Everett-based real estate broker and two-time Best of Snohomish County winner will debut on TV screens as the host of the lifestyle and real estate series, The American Dream TV.

Kim Pelham, a real estate broker with The Pelham Group NW, will host the Snohomish County edition of the show, featuring multiple segments highlighting businesses and guests from across the county.

“It’s exciting,” Pelham told The Daily Herald Thursday. “To be representing our county and the communities within our county to shine the spotlight on positive things that are happening in the community.”

Pelham has been a broker in Snohomish County since 2015, working as an in-house home stager and a Senior Move Specialist, according to a press release. In 2023 and 2024, The Daily Herald readers voted her best realtor.

Through her job selling homes, Pelham has traveled from Darrington to Everett and all the nooks and crannies in between the county has to offer. She plans to bring this expertise to her role as host.

“I’m all over the county, so I get to see so many areas and different neighborhoods,” she said. “It just puts me in familiarity with a lot of different locations in Snohomish County.”

With filming for her first segments beginning in October, Pelham is asking the community to nominate the subjects of her segments, the release said. Nominations can be made at thepelhamgroupnw.com/adtv.

What is worthy of a five-minute segment? Pelhman is asking for residents’ favorite places, interesting businesses, surprising things no one knows about and homes with a story, even if it’s not for sale, the release said.

Pelham has planned for her first guest to be the 100+ Women Who Care About Snohomish County, she told The Daily Herald. The group gathers three times a year, with each attendee usually donating $100, and votes on which nonprofit the donations will go to.

The Snohomish County chapter recently reached a milestone of over $500,000 in donations over the six years since it was first founded, The Daily Herald previously reported.

The American Dream TV airs on platforms such as HGTV, The Travel Channel, Amazon Prime, YouTube Movies, Tubi, Amazon Fire, Apple TV and Roku, the release said. The show is Emmy-nominated and received a Telly Award.
