LANGLEY — Glacier Peak freshman Dahlia Zener claimed first place just ahead of sophomore teammate Jaya Holt to win the girls’ Varsity 1 race. The Grizzlies won the team title, placing five runners in the top 18 to outpace runner-up Arlington.
The Eagles claimed the boys title, led by Chase Koenigs’ second-place finish.

TILAMOOK, Ore. — The Shorecrest boys placed first in the “gold” varsity race, led by winner Andrew Muilenburg. The Shorecrest girls team placed second in the “gold” race, paced by Alex Urquhart’s third-place finish.

WENATCHEE — Stanwood’s Aliana Coburn finished sixth in the 5,000-meter varsity race to lead the Spartans to a sixth-place finish.
