APRIL 18

A free pop-up medical clinic will be held Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19, at Henry Bringham Community Center, 2463 Camp Road C, Augusta. There is no cost to attend. Free dental, vision, and medical services will be offered on a first come, first served basis. No ID or insurance required. For more information, visit allevents.in.

The Heroes for Hope 5K Run/Walk will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 18, at Mill Village Trailhead on the Augusta Canal. Dress up as your favorite superhero and participate in the 5K or Kids’ Fun Run (ages 10 and under). There will also be a costume contest for kids and adults. A 70s Party will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at Augusta Commons, 836 Reynolds St., Augusta. Live music will be provided by the Zapp Band, Kristal Mindingall & Vibe Theory, and Tony Howard & The Motowners. Proceeds benefit HIV awareness in the CSRA. Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 at the door, and $50 for VIP. Gates open at 3 p.m. and the show begins at 4:30 p.m. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit angeliccommunity.com.

An Earth Day event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18, at the Newberry Street Festival area and The Alley in downtown Aiken. There will be food trucks, exhibits, a puppet show, face painting and more.

APRIL 19

“E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial” (PG), will be shown as part of Movies at the Miller at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 19, at the Miller Theater, 708 Broad St., Augusta. Tickets are free but should be reserved in advance. For more information, visit millertheateraugusta.com.
