Five men now face charges in a July murder outside a smoke shop along Central Avenue, and all five are behind bars.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Five men now face charges in a July murder outside a smoke shop along Central Avenue, and all five are behind bars.

It happened July 20 near Central Avenue and Indiana Avenue.

Police charged Charles Richards and four other men in connection with the death of Dominic Hernandez.

Police said Richards conspired with the other men to remove Hernandez from the smoke shop, where police said he was hiding.

Police have all five men in custody.
