An adult and two children were struck by a vehicle outside of a north Alabama high school gym Tuesday night, according to Jackson County Sheriff Rocky Harnen.
According to WHNT, Harnen said the incident occurred at Pisgah High School resulting in deputies and EMS responding to the scene.
One of the children was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Harnen said. No other injuries were reported.
The sheriff said he does not anticipate that charges will be filed as the collision appears to be accidental.
