KOSCIUSKO, Miss. (WJTV) – A 16-year-old was killed during a stabbing in Kosciusko, according to police.
The incident occurred on Lucas Street around 4:15 p.m. on March 30, 2026.

Kosciusko Police Chief Greg Collins said the victim was stabbed during a fight with Ta’khia Fletcher, 15, of Kosciusko. Fletcher was arrested and charged with murder. Police said she is being held at the Leake County Correctional Facility, and her bond was set at $500,000.
Attala County Coroner Sam Bell identified the victim as Nina Dillon, 16, of Kosciusko. She was pronounced deceased at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Attala.
Dillon was a student at Kosciusko High School.
