Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan discuss juidicial system development

AKIPRESS.COM – Representatives from the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, the Supreme Judicial Council, and the Supreme Court visited Kazakhstan, UzA reported.

The delegation members visited the Supreme Judicial Council of Kazakhstan and met with its Chairman D. Malakhov.

The meeting included a discussion of Kazakhstan’s experience in building the judiciary, selecting judges, and evaluating their performance, as well as the grounds and methods for disciplining judges. The parties also compared their judicial systems and shared insights.
