President Japarov awards six people “People’s Hero” and “Labor Hero” titles, two posthumously
AKIPRESS.COM – President Sadyr Japarov presented state awards to six citizens on September 14 for their significant contributions to Kyrgyzstan’s socio-economic, intellectual and cultural development, professional achievements, and in connection with Independence Day.
The highest distinction, “Kyrgyz Republic’s People’s Hero” (El Baatyry), was posthumously awarded to former Mufti of Kyrgyzstan Chubak Jalilov. His son, Abdulla Jalilov, received the award.
The “Labor Hero” (Emgek Baatyry) title was posthumously awarded to singer and composer Rysbai Abdykadyrov. His daughter, Syuita Abdykadyrova, accepted the award.
The other recipients of the “Labor Hero” title were:

Muratbek Begaliev — composer and director general of the A. Maldybaev Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre;

Bektur Isakov — Kyrgyz language and literature teacher at Kasym Nanaev Secondary School in Talas district;

Suiunbek Kasmambetov — member of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums;

Duisha Kudayarov — head of the Department of Hospital Pediatrics and Neonatology at the I. Akhunbaev Kyrgyz State Medical Academy.
