Kyrgyzstan ratifies OTS Digital Economy Partnership Agreement

AKIPRESS.COM – President Sadyr Japarov has signed the law ratifying the Digital Economy Partnership Agreement between the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).

The law was signed on June 23 following its passing by the Parliament on June 3.

The original agreement was signed on November 6, 2024, in Bishkek.

Under the newly signed law, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to notify the OTS Secretariat that Kyrgyzstan has completed the internal state procedures necessary for the agreement to enter into force.

The law will officially take effect 10 days after the date of its formal publication.
