The thirteenth edition of VIBE Festival will take place from 23 to 25 July at the authentic industrial complex Knežev Arsenal in Kragujevac.

Over the course of three festival days, visitors can expect a programme across multiple music stages, accompanied by specially designed scenography, visual installations, and a large pop-up festival zone that will further connect music, creativity, community, and contemporary urban culture.

VIBE Festival was founded in 2013 as an initiative by young people with the aim of enriching Kragujevac’s cultural scene and creating space for the promotion of alternative cultural movements, contemporary music, creative industries, and new artistic expressions.

Since its inception, the festival has developed into a creative and interactive platform that brings together artists, authors, designers, organisers, and audiences around a shared idea—that culture should be accessible, contemporary, and connected to the identity of the city.

One of this year’s performers is Nipplepeople, one of the most intriguing regional electropop acts, known for their anonymity, masks, and distinctive aesthetic that places the music at the forefront. Their identity has never been based on traditional media presence, but rather on atmosphere, music, and a unique relationship with the audience – precisely why each of their performances carries a sense of mystery, intimacy, and strong festival energy. They are widely known for songs such as Sutra and Frka, which have become regional favourites in clubs and live performances.
