The Belgrade Burger Festival 2026 will take place from 14 to 25 May at Kalemegdan, near the Fisherman’s Fountain, and this year promises its biggest edition yet.
Over the course of the 11-day festival, the Serbian capital will bring together some of the most famous burger brands from Serbia, Europe and around the world, alongside a rich programme of music, entertainment and sporting activities. The festival is organised by Beofest with the support of OTP Bank, and the organisers are announcing record attendance and the most extensive programme to date.
This year, BBF2026 is taking a major step forward and, for the first time, bringing some of the biggest names from the global burger scene to Belgrade:
* HOLY Burger from São Paulo, Brazil, recently named the second-best burger in the world
* ALL OR NOTHING Burger from the Canary Islands in Spain, one of the world’s top 15 burger brands
* MAIJARD Smash Burgers from Amsterdam in the Netherlands, renowned for premium ingredients and authentic “from scratch” smash burger preparation
In addition to the international guests, the festival will also gather the best domestic burger masters, who have spent years developing the local gastronomic scene and positioning Belgrade as one of the region’s most attractive foodie destinations.
Music, prizes and activities for the whole family
The organisers promise far more than just great food. Throughout the festival, there will be DJ performances, live concerts, sporting activities, interactive entertainment and prize draws, with visitors also having the chance to win summer holidays. “We wanted to create a place people come to for the food, but stay for the atmosphere and energy. Today, the Burger Festival is much more than a food festival – it is an event that brings the city together and creates memories,” said festival director Miloš Vukšić.
Special benefits will also be available to OTP Bank Mastercard holders, who will be able to enjoy discounts and perks at festival stands throughout the event.
More than 100,000 visitors last year
Last year’s edition of the Belgrade Burger Festival attracted more than 100,000 visitors, and organisers are expecting record attendance this year. The festival is continuing its cooperation with the company Sekopak through activities dedicated to recycling, sustainability and raising awareness about environmental protection.
Admission to the festival is free of charge. Opening hours are from 2 pm to 11 pm on weekdays, while at weekends the festival will run from midday until midnight.
