MANILA, Philippines – Senator Jinggoy Estrada is facing a fresh set of plunder and graft cases before the Sandiganbayan due to his alleged involvement in flood control budget insertions.

This was the third time he’s been slapped with a plunder case.

He had faced plunder charges over the jueteng scandal and the pork barrel scam, but was acquitted in those cases.
