Starting this Friday, September 4, fuel prices in Panama will increase by up to three cents per liter for 91octane gasoline, and by five cents for 95 octane gasoline and diesel.

- 91 octane gasoline: +0.034 cents
These reference prices will remain in effect until Friday, September 18. The behavior of maximum fuel retail prices for this period reflects an upward trend. This increase is primarily due to geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, which have led to a rise in international prices for crude oil and its derivatives, directly impacting the local cost structure.
