Senior Chinese official Wang Huning held talks with a top North Korean ruling party official after his arrival in Pyongyang on Wednesday, with both sides pledging to strengthen bilateral cooperation in line with their leaders’ shared vision.
Wang, the chairman of China’s top political advisory body and Beijing’s fourth-highest official, met with Jo Yong Won, a member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Workers’ Party of Korea, at the Pyongyang Assembly Hall, the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Thursday.
