Sean Gravina has announced that he is the new General Manager of IT Malta, marking the latest chapter in his 22-year career in hospitality.

Sharing the news on Facebook, Gravina said he had initially considered taking time off after closing his previous chapter, but ultimately chose to accept the challenge.

“I love building teams, solving problems, creating experiences, and taking on challenges,” he wrote.

Gravina said the role has not been easy, but added that this is exactly what has made it rewarding.

In just over two months, he said IT Malta has introduced a new menu, refreshed its marketing, brought in new promoters and launched new events, with further plans still to come.

He added that the next major step will be building a team that shares the same passion and pride for the venue as he does.
