Libya Processes LD 79.5 Million in Exports via Unified Export Window

The Libyan Export Development Authority (LEDA) revealed yesterday that LD 79.5 million worth of exports were processed through its new electronic “Unified Export Window” from April to July 2026.

LEDA’s figures revealed that 354 companies registered on the digital platform, successfully exporting 190 diverse local products.

The statistics indicated that Libyan exports reached more than 20 international destinations. Tunisia topped the list of importing countries with 129 orders—accounting for 66% of total exports—followed by Turkey with 28 orders (14%).

South Korea ranked third with 8 orders (4%), followed by India and Saudi Arabia, each with 3 orders (2% per country).

LEDA said these figures reflect growing corporate activity and export orders, as well as the expanded reach of Libyan products into various international markets.

It said this progress aligns with its efforts to develop digital services, streamline export procedures, and enhance the competitiveness of national products in global markets.
