President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon arrived in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the informal Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia and the President of Azerbaijan.

According to the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan, the meeting will be held in Cholpon-Ata in Issyk-Kul region.

Emomali Rahmon was welcomed at Issyk-Kul International Airport by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

Earlier, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Kyrgyzstan on a state visit. He was ceremoniously welcomed by President Sadyr Japarov.
