Former Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Felix Kulov, announced that the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek fully acquitted former head of the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service Yuruslan Toichubekov.

«I just received good news: the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek fully acquitted Yuruslan Toichubekov,» Kulov wrote.

He stated that he had no doubt of Toichubekov’s innocence and noted that the trial had taken a heavy toll on his health and nerves.

Yuruslan Toichubekov was previously a defendant in a case related to MCN Coin crypto project. In February 2025, the Pervomaisky District Court took him into custody on charges of organizing a pyramid scheme.

Later, the preventive measure was changed to a written undertaking not to leave the city, and he was released from the pretrial detention center.
