A car carrying passengers plunged off a cliff into the water near Teplye Klyuchi recreation area in Alamedin Gorge on June 19.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, four rescuers were dispatched to the scene at 5.10 p.m. and arrived at approximately 6.07 p.m.
Eyewitnesses managed to pull the passengers out of the water on their own and provided first aid before rescuers arrived.
According to witnesses, they waited about an hour for emergency and ambulance services. They said the first medical assistance was ultimately provided by doctors from Jannat Resort hotel.
