Gormer Tandur MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy, accused in the Moinabad farmhouse drugs case, has received significant relief from the Telangana High Court. The court has granted him conditional bail after he was in remand for several days.
The bench imposed strict conditions, including the immediate surrender of his passport to the police. Reddy must appear daily before the Investigating Officer (IO) and sign the attendance register.
He is required to fully cooperate with the police during the investigation and is prohibited from intimidating witnesses or attempting to influence the case in any way.
