Laluna Art Studio & Gallery is proud to present the first-ever solo exhibition of Grenadian wildlife photographer and marine, wildlife and conservation biologist John Griffith.
Through his lens, Griffith captures the extraordinary biodiversity of Grenada, from its birds and terrestrial wildlife to its marine ecosystems, combining scientific knowledge with a passion for visual storytelling.
An avid birdwatcher and conservationist, Griffith uses photography not only to celebrate the beauty of Grenada’s natural world, but also to encourage greater awareness of the importance of protecting it.
His work has received international recognition, including Best Snapshot in the Epic Seas and Scenes Photography Competition and an Honourable Mention in the Caribbean Wildlife Photography Competition. In 2024, he reached the final round of judging for the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition.
“John’s photography gives us a chance to see the extraordinary nature of Grenada through his eyes,” said Wendy Bertucci, co-owner of Laluna. “His images are beautiful, but they also tell an important story about our responsibility to protect what surrounds us.”

The exhibition will showcase a curated selection of Griffith’s wildlife and nature photography and will be open to both locals and visitors to Grenada.

About Laluna’s Art Project
Laluna’s Art Project extends beyond the gallery, creating spaces where art, nature and community come together.
The Monkey Bar is adjacent to the Art Studio, and is a laid-back beachfront bar open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from lunch through sunset, available for private events. Access is from Portici Beach via the public beach entrance at Point Salines, on the way to Dr Grooms Beach. The Sculpture Garden, known as the Enchanted Forest, is a two-acre beachfront space featuring evolving Land Art installations. The garden provides a platform for inventive creations, including sculptures made through the creative upcycling of plastic and other materials.
