The Cambodia Footwear Association (CFA), in collaboration with the General Department of Immigration of the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, organised a workshop on visa procedures and the legal obligations of foreign nationals working and residing in Cambodia.

The workshop was held on Friday at the Gateway Building conference hall.

Conducted in Khmer and Chinese, the event brought together 212 participants—132 in person and 80 online.

The workshop covered four key topics related to immigration procedures and regulatory compliance for foreign nationals in Cambodia:

• The application process for obtaining an electronic visa (e-Visa) online
• Application procedures for visas on arrival
• Visa extension procedures and the Foreigners Present in Cambodia System .
• The legal obligations and requirements applicable to foreign workers and residents in the Kingdom

The joint initiative provided a key platform to clarify visa applications, immigration procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring broader engagement across the sector.
