The Browns (3-1) continue to stack wins, tied for first in the AFC North and riding a three-game winning streak. They are coming off a 27-24 victory over the rival Pittsburgh Steelers on “Thursday Night Football” on Oct. 1.

Andre Szmyt nailed a career-long 56-yard game-winner with 10 seconds left.

Watson is starting to show glimpses of his old Houston Texans swagger before the injuries and off-field drama sent his career into a spiral.

The embattled QB led his third consecutive fourth-quarter game winning drive, completing 4 of 5 passes for 45 yards on the possession, including a crucial 17-yarder to Jerry Jeudy. That set up Szmyt’s dagger.

Watson has thrown for 855 yards and has six touchdowns with two interceptions, while adding 31 carries for 127 yards and two touchdowns. His 58.6 QBR is 15th in the NFL.

Rookie receiver Denzel Boston has hauled in 13 receptions for 284 yards and two touchdowns, averaging a second-best 21.8 yards per reception.

Second-year back Quinshon Judkins has tallied 59 carries for 177 yards and one touchdown, averaging 3.0 yards per carry.

After four games, the Browns have an NFL-high 61% man coverage rate.

Carson Schwesinger, the 2025 Defensive Rookie of the Year, has gobbled up 35 total tackles. Five-time Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward has tallied two forced fumbles, one interception and 17 total tackles. He will match up with Wilson.

Defensive tackle Mason Graham (knee/ankle), who has four sacks this season, will miss the matchup after exiting against the Steelers. Defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. (ankle) is also out.

The Jets (1-3) looked lost in a 23-12 defeat to the Chicago Bears on Oct. 4. It marks their third straight loss after opening the season with a win over the now winless Tennessee Titans.

Veteran quarterback Geno Smith has thrown for 902 yards with five touchdowns. His 60.5 QBR is 16th in the NFL, one spot behind Watson.

Smith has been sacked 12 times over the last three games. The Browns sacked Smith 10 times last year when he was with the Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland is coming off a season-high five sacks against the Steelers.

Go-to-receiver Garrett Wilson has hauled in 24 receptions for 270 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 11.3 yards per reception. He was targeted only four times against the Bears.

Receiver Adonai Mitchell (finger) is out.

Running back Breece Hall (quadriceps) will miss today’s game. He has 51 carries for 163 yards and one touchdown. Hall accumulated 102 of those yards and the touchdown in the opener.

In his place, the Jets will look for increased production from running back Brealon Allen, who has tallied 33 carries for 120 yards and one touchdown.

The ground game has been running uphill this season. Offensive lineman Dylan Parham (knee) will once again be sidelined for today’s game.

Parham, Mitchell and Hall each missed the Bears game.

Linebacker Demario Davis has a team-high 32 tackles with two sacks. Safety Minkah Fitzpatrick has one interception and 16 tackles.

The Browns lead the all-time series against the Jets, 16-15, including one postseason game where Cleveland prevailed 23-20 in overtime in 1987.
