ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The former Whole Foods on Carlisle Boulevard, near Interstate 40 in Albuquerque, is back up for sale.
The listing shows the 42,313-square foot building – plus the parking lot and the iconic red arrow – went back on the market Thursday, Sept. 17.
Gas station chain Maverik had plans for the space but neighbors pushed back hard enough that the city denied their permit. Maverik didn’t appeal.
