DAV Chapter 4 hosted a Coffee and Cake Send‑Off for local Western North Dakota Honor Flight veterans on Wednesday, Sept. 16, in the Veterans Room of the Ward County Administration Building. The honored veterans will depart for Washington, D.C., on Sunday, Sept. 27, from Bismarck, where they will tour many military monuments and Arlington National Cemetery.
