Two Clarendon labourers died as a result of injuries they sustained in a three-vehicle collision on the Sweansea to Four Paths main road in the parish on Friday.

They have been identified as 23-year-old Jevoy Wheatle, also known as ‘Pepe’, of Gravel Hill in Milk River, and 24-year-old Ackeem Thomas, of Race Course in Toll Gate.

Police reports are that about 8:45 pm, Wheatle and Thomas were travelling on a motorcycle along the Osborne Store Main Road in Four Paths when the vehicle collided with a Nissan Tiida and another motorcycle.

The injured men were taken to hospital, where they were pronounced dead on arrival.
