Opportunity Overview:

The Grenada Development Bank is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Risk and Compliance Manager to champion their enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.

Job Summary:

In this pivotal leadership role, you will design, implement, and oversee robust risk management policies, guarantee absolute regulatory alignment, and actively foster a proactive risk culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and monitor organisational risks to ensure they are effectively managed and mitigated
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to meet regulatory requirements
• Design, deploy, and continuously optimise a comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) framework
• Monitor internal compliance and ensure all organisational activities strictly align with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Systematically conduct rigorous risk audits and assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential operational vulnerabilities
• Educate, mentor, and support staff across all departments on risk management and compliance best practices
• Report on risk exposures and compliance issues to senior management, recommending corrective actions as needed

Minimum Requirements — Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Qualification
(Education):Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field

Master’s degree or elite professional certificates (e.g., FRM, CFA, CPA or CAMS) will be highly regarded

Behavioural):Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional command of executive-level communication and presentation
