President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed a decree on the liquidation of Tunduk OJSC. The document is aimed at further developing a unified state policy in the field of digitalization.

According to the president’s press service, the Presidential Affairs Department has been instructed to make a decision on liquidating the company.

The functions and responsibilities of Tunduk OJSC, as well as its property, financial resources and intangible assets, are planned to be transferred to Kyzmat state institution under the Presidential Affairs Department. Furthermore, an analysis of the company’s operations and elimination of duplicative functions have been ordered. Some Tunduk employees are expected to be transferred to Kyzmat in accordance with labor legislation.

The president also amended his March 17, 2025 decree on the digital transformation of public administration. In particular, Tunduk OJSC was removed from the list of organizations previously designated in the document as sole suppliers.

In March this year, Sadyr Japarov ordered Tunduk OJSC to be transferred from the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovation Technologies to the Presidential Affairs Department.
