Post-secondary graduations
Pierce Seigne, of Norwich, earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison this spring.
Julia Horan, of White River Junction, earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and psychology from Northeastern University in Boston this spring. Horan received the “Class Marshal Award” for maintaining a 4.0 GPA in each of her semesters at Northeastern.
