Todd Lyn Bradeen
STANDISH – It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Todd Lyn Bradeen on July 3, 2026, due to a tragic drowning.
Todd was born on Sept. 5, 1974, at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu Hawaii. He was the son of Jean and Harris Bradeen of Turner. Todd graduated from Leavitt Area High School in 1992 and earned a bachelor’s degree in business from USM. Todd played baseball at Leavitt and USM. Following college, Todd pursued a career in business working for Circuit City and for many years with Bath Fitter in Florida and Maine. He was currently serving as Bath Fitter’s area development manager for New England and eastern New York.
Todd was a truly good neighbor. He found joy in helping friends and neighbors for any project they needed help with. He loved working with his hands. There wasn’t a project he was afraid to tackle. He had a passion for wood working and built several pieces of furniture for his home.
He had such fun with his motorcycle and enjoyed his road trips with his brother-in-law, Jim. The backroads of Maine brought him real joy and peace.
Todd loved his family. He was a dedicated husband to Courtney and father to his daughters Emma and Chloe. He had such fun with his “girls” on trips to Disney and travel from Maine to Florida. He and Courtney had wonderful times visiting antique shops along their backroad trips around Maine. Todd enjoyed being outdoors and the peacefulness of Maine. He truly loved the simple things in life and lived everyday with those values.
Todd is survived by his loving wife Courtney; his daughters Emma and Chloe; and his brothers Scott and wife Karol, Joe and wife Donna, Andy, his sister, Sonya and husband Jim; his mother, Jean and father, Harris Bradeen, in-laws Jon and Lee Karol.
He will be so missed for his good sense of humor, his dedication to family and friends and those in need of help, his love of life’s simple pleasures and deep commitment to hard work. He was one of a kind, a truly good person.
A memorial service will be held at the United Baptist Church, 318 Main Street, Saco at 12 p.m., Saturday July 11. A family burial will occur at a later date..
In lieu of flowers a donation to Todd’s favorite charities,
St. Jude’s Children Hospital or the
Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated.
