The prosecutor’s office secured the return of a five-story guest house and a plot of land on the Issyk-Ata resort territory, valued at 112 million soms, to state ownership.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, an investigation revealed that in 2005, the five-story guest house, with a total floor area of 2,128.48 square meters, along with an adjacent plot of 0.1 hectares, were illegally transferred to private ownership.
Following the prosecutor’s response, the property and land were returned to state ownership.
