AUSTIN (KXAN) — Two of the three Texas Longhorns selected in the first round of the 2025 NFL draft have signed their first professional contracts.

Wide receiver Matthew Golden is the latest to ink a deal, signing a 4-year, $17.57 million deal Monday with the Green Bay Packers that’s fully guaranteed. The contract includes a $9.4 million signing bonus and training camp bonuses, according to data from Spotrac. There’s also a fifth-year option, and that’s typical with first-round picks.
