Cyprus will see periods of increased cloud cover today, with isolated showers and storms expected in some areas.

Winds will blow mainly from the southwest to the northwest, starting as light and variable before becoming moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will remain calm to slightly restless.

Temperatures will rise to 28°C inland, around 26°C on the south and east coasts, 24°C on the west and north coasts, and 19°C in the higher mountains.

Tonight, low cloud will increase in western areas, while thin fog may form later in inland and eastern districts. Winds will shift to the northwest and northeast at a light 3 Beaufort.

Overnight temperatures will fall to 10°C inland, around 14°C on the coast, and 9°C in the higher mountains.
