Harvard University explosion: Suspect photos released

(NewsNation) — Police have released surveillance images of two potential suspects following Saturday morning’s intentional explosion at Harvard Medical School in Boston.

According to the Harvard Crimson, the explosion took place at the Goldenson Building in Harvard’s Longwood Medical Campus.
A Harvard University Police Department officer responded to the building shortly before 3 a.m. and observed two people fleeing the scene.

The Boston Fire Department Arson Unit responded to the scene and determined that the explosion was intentional.

The Boston Police Department did a sweep of the building and found no additional devices. No injuries were reported in connection with the explosion.

Authorities released pictures of the two potential suspects wearing face masks and sweatshirts.
