Over 4.6 Million Private Vehicles Registered in Uzbekistan as of 1 July

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As of 1 July 2025, Uzbekistan has registered 4,612.7 thousand motor vehicles owned by private individuals, according to the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

The majority of this vehicle fleet consists of passenger cars, which account for 93% of the total.

Compared to the same period in 2024, the number of vehicles increased by 441.5 thousand units.

Among the total number of vehicles owned by the population, 4,289 thousand are passenger cars, 302.6 thousand are trucks, 7.7 thousand are minibuses, 7.3 thousand are special-purpose vehicles, and 6.1 thousand are buses.
