Legion Baseball teams in Wyoming have made it to Week 8 of the 2025 season. This week’s slate features the first schedule with multiple tournaments over one weekend. That is thanks to the Memorial Day weekend, which is why WyoPreps is also extending our scoreboard through Monday, May 26. The Gillette Riders host the second in-state tournament of the year with their Kirby Drube Memorial, Friday through Monday. Other teams head out of state for tournament action in Nebraska and Utah. Some teams are playing regional foes from Idaho, Montana, and South Dakota. This is the busiest week of the season so far in 2025.

Final Score: Rock Springs Stallions 9 Green River Knights 3 – the Stallions used 7 runs in the last two frames to pull out the victory. Valerio had 2 hits & 3 RBIs. Harmon allowed only 3 runs on 7 hits over 6.2 IP. GR was led by Smart with 2 hits & 2 RBIs.
Final Score: Cheyenne Sixers 8 Laramie Rangers AA 1 (conference game) – the Sixers took advantage of 5 Rangers’ errors. Hall & Kamarad had 2 hits & 2 RBIs apiece. Pearson allowed 2 hits over 5 shutout innings with 8 strikeouts.
Final Score: Cheyenne Sixers 14 Laramie Rangers AA 2 (conference game) – the Sixers scored 6 runs in the 5th and 5 more in the 6th to close it out early. King had 3 hits & 1 RBI. Pacheco drove in 4 runs. Cheyenne had 4 triples among 11 hits.
Final Score: Sheridan Jets 10 Gillette Rustlers 5 – the Jets broke it open with 6 runs in the 2nd. Destefano & Kintzi had 1 hit & 2 RBIs each.
Final Score: Sheridan Jets 7 Gillette Rustlers 6 – 9 inns – Destefano had the GW walkoff RBI single in the 9th for the Jets. Sheridan benefited from 12 walks. Smith had 3 hits & 2 RBIs for the Rustlers in defeat.
Final Score: Laramie Rangers A 9 Cheyenne Eagles 5 (conference game) – Laramie jumped out 6-0 and never trailed. Jaymes Bailey and Tripp Looney had 3 hits & 2 RBIs apiece.
Final Score: Laramie Rangers A 24 Cheyenne Eagles 15 (conference game) – Laramie got the road sweep in a slugfest. They took advantage of 15 walks & 3 errors. Jaymes Bailey had 2 hits & 5 RBIs.
Final Score: Casper Oilers 5 Gillette Riders 4 (9-inning game) – the Oilers built a 5-1 lead and held off a late Gillette rally. Parks & Miner each had an RBI, and Casper capitalized on 3 Riders’ errors.
Final Score: Evanston Outlaws 17 Rock Springs Stallions 5 – the Outlaws scored 11 runs in the 2nd & 3rd innings. Oliver had 3 hits & 2 RBIs, while Osborne and Bateman added 2 hits & 3 RBIs each.
Final Score: Riverton Raiders 13 Lander Legends B 3 (9-inning game) – the Raiders broke it open with 8 runs in the 2nd. Baker had 4 hits (2B) & 3 RBIs. Cox and Spradlin added 3 hits & 2 RBIs apiece.
