Last weekend, Trudeau was seen with singer Katy Perry at the Coachella music festival. Once known as one of politics’ best-dressed figures for his tailored suits and signature wavy hair, the 54-year-old wore a white T-shirt, blue jeans, gray trainers and a backwards navy baseball cap, the Daily Mail reported.
Perry, 41, wore a slogan T-shirt with a humorous message and posed with a cigarette behind her ear.
Images of the former prime minister at the festival drew attention on social media, with comments saying “Seeing your ex-prime minister in a club is so wild” and “No stress looks good on you, Justin.”

In Nov. 2025, Trudeau posted a selfie on Instagram encouraging the public to get flu and Covid-19 vaccinations while showing off his tattooed upper arm.
“Got my flu shot and Covid-19 vaccine today. It’s a simple way to protect yourself, your loved ones, and our health care workers. If you haven’t gotten yours yet, book it today at your local pharmacy or clinic,” he wrote.
In March that year, days after handing over power to his successor Mark Carney, Trudeau shared a photo of himself shopping for household items with a cart full of kitchenware.
“Just a normal Canadian dude shopping for kitchenware now,” a comment under the post read.
Trudeau, 54, served as Canada’s prime minister from 2015 until March 2025. He announced his separation from Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, with whom he shares three children, in 2023 after 18 years of marriage.
Perry is a single mother to five-year-old Daisy Dove Bloom. She was previously married to comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012 before her relationship with Orlando Bloom.
The two were first linked by dating rumors in July last year and have since appeared together on several trips.
