The photos were posted by Hong Kong musician Mark Lui, a close friend of the couple. They show Chan spending time with Leo Ku, their children and a group of friends, according to St Headline.
The images quickly spread online, offering the first look at Ku’s younger son and drawing public interest in Chan’s appearance following childbirth.
Chan, who has long maintained a private lifestyle, has rarely been seen publicly since becoming a mother in 2020. The newly shared photos provide a recent glimpse of the family after the arrival of their second child, whose birth was announced on New Year’s Day 2026.

In the pictures, Chan appears healthy and at ease. Dressed simply in a black top with light makeup, she showed no obvious signs of post-childbirth exhaustion.
Many online commenters praised her apparent recovery, while others focused on the warmth and closeness of the family.
The couple welcomed their second son when Chan was 57, an age at which childbirth is considered highly uncommon.
They tied the knot in 2014. Before becoming parents, the pair experienced fertility difficulties and sought treatment in various places. They later turned to IVF and had their first son, Kuson, in the U.S. when Chan was 50.
In his New Year’s announcement, Ku shared that Kuson had long expressed a desire for a sibling. Having both grown up in households with siblings, Ku and Chan value that lifelong bond. Ku noted that while parents can only accompany a child for part of their journey, siblings provide support for a lifetime.
Motivated by their son’s wish, the couple decided to try for a second child, completing their family of four. Since becoming a father, Ku has shifted his focus toward family life, taking on more childcare responsibilities to allow his wife more time to rest.
Leo Ku has been active in the entertainment industry for 30 years and rose to fame after starring in the Chinese drama Romance in the Rain in 2001.
He is also known for other dramas such as My Fair Princess III and Cao Cao. In addition to acting, he is widely loved as a singer.
