Vila East School has reconciled with guardians of a student in relation to a situation that resulted in the closure of the school since Monday this week.

The incident happened when a teacher cuts the students hair sparking reaction from his guardian.

VBTC News was informed that the guardian marched into the school compound and confronted the teacher.

The incident resulted in the suspension of classes.

This afternoon, Vila East School Council Chairman, Esly Marango informed that a reconciliation ceremony has been made by the two parties.

Mr Marango informed that the issue has been resolved and appeals to parents that classed with resume tomorrow as normal.
