Belarusian Holding “Belfarmprom” Explores Creating a Distribution Network in Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 27 to 29 August 2025, a delegation from the Belarusian holding company “Belfarmprom,” including representatives from its management company and affiliated enterprises, is visiting Uzbekistan on a working trip.

The main purpose of the visit is to discuss the establishment of its own distribution structures abroad.

On the first day of the visit, the delegation held a meeting with Abdullaziz Azizov, Director of the Agency for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Both sides noted that the active development of ties between Belarus and Uzbekistan in healthcare and pharmaceuticals reflects a mutual interest in deepening cooperation, exchanging technologies and expertise, and ensuring that the populations of both countries have access to modern and affordable medicines.

During the talks, prospects for expanding the partnership were discussed, including establishing a distribution structure for Belfarmprom products in Uzbekistan, increasing supplies of Belarusian pharmaceuticals, and exploring opportunities for joint production of in-demand pharmaceutical products.
